Job purpose To ensure best clinical services at project location. Providing all defined health care services and following operational processes for optimal functioning of the centre.

Objective

 Abide to follow standard medical ethics in treating the patients.

 Maintain adequate levels of stock for materials, medicines and equipment.

 Ensuring no item is past its expiry date and that stock is rotated to minimize wastage

 Submit monthly reports to the Medical Officer.

 Maintain patient confidentiality 100% of the time

 Maintenance of the prescribed records.

Duties and responsibilities

 Assessing and planning nursing care requirements

 Recording medical history and other patient records

 Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.

 Assist the doctors in focused areas and aid for improved diagnosis and therapy.

 Perform assessment, data collection and documents subjective data (chief complaint and allergies) and objective data (vital signs/weight/etc.).

 Assessment of the urgency and severity of presenting problems by history taking and examination before referral to the appropriate clinician or service





 Maintaining an abstract of all the patient details on daily basis in an electronic database.

 Escalating any issues to the Manager or in-charge.

 Assist Bio Medical Engineer at Hub to understand problem in any related to Medical devices and escalate issue within 1 hour of identification

Authorities

Timely, apt and informed decisions on steps to be taken to achieve the required proficiency in the manpower for delivering standard quality services

Qualifications / Certifications

 Minimum qualification required –ANM/GNM  Basic computer proficiency.

 Valuable communication and Interpersonal skills

 Caring and compassionate nature

 Should be proficient in Hindi and English.

Working conditions

Should be open to work in rotational shifts as per the project when required

Should be open to travel for executing the job responsibilities of conducting field training

Appropriate minimum professional standards in required skill/competency (Typing, Communication...etc) in Tele-health perspective

Technical / Physical requirements

Job location: Depalpur/Indorama, Indore

Timings: 8 hours

Workdays: 6 days in a week

Required Languages

 Able to Speak, Read and Write in English, Hindi and Bengali (mandatory).
