Freelance GoHighLevel Expert : Funnel & Automation SpecialistEngagement type: Freelance/contract, with potential to transition to full-time based on performance and workload fit

About the role:

We're looking for a GoHighLevel expert to build and manage funnels, landing pages, pipelines, and automations across our client accounts. This starts as project-based freelance work with room to grow into an ongoing or full time role as our GHL workload scales across multiple clients.

What you'll do:

- Build landing pages and multi-step funnels inside GoHighLevel from briefs/wireframes
- Set up and manage CRM pipelines (recruitment, sales, lead nurture — varies by client)
- Build automation workflows: remarketing sequences, follow-up triggers, email/SMS drip campaigns
- Configure sub-accounts for new clients (contacts, calendars, forms, integrations)
- Set up and troubleshoot Facebook Pixel/Conversions API integration within GHL funnels
- Handle ongoing maintenance and edits on existing funnels/pipelines as client needs evolve
- Occasionally support onboarding new client sub-accounts from scratch

What we're looking for:

- Proven hands-on experience building in GoHighLevel, not just familiarity,



actual funnel/pipeline/automation build experience
- Comfortable working from a brief or rough direction, not just exact specs
- Understands basic marketing funnel logic (not just the tool) — what makes a landing page convert, why a pipeline stage exists
- Responsive and reliable on deadlines, most builds are tied to live ad campaigns with hard launch dates
- Bonus: experience with Meta Pixel/CAPI setup, basic copywriting/design sense for landing pages, prior agency experience

Engagement structure:

- Start: paid per project/scope (funnel build, pipeline setup, etc.) or a monthly retainer for ongoing accounts — to be agreed per engagement
- Deliverables and timelines confirmed per project before work begins
- Based on consistency of workload and fit, this can move to a retainer-based or full-time arrangement
