Replacement of Mr. Patil Sidharath
Job purpose To provide essential clinical support within the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) by ensuring high-quality healthcare services and effective operational processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness of health camps for truckers.
Objective
Travel to identified locations as part of the MMU team.
Adhere to medical ethics and protocols while treating patients.
Maintain adequate stock of medical materials, medicines, and equipment.
Ensure stock rotation to prevent wastage and manage expiry dates.
Compile and submit monthly reports to the Medical Officer.
Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
Ensure the proper functioning of medical equipment and facilities.
Follow organizational guidelines and contribute to achieving project goals.
Duties and responsibilities
Assess and plan nursing care requirements for patients.
Record medical histories and maintain patient records.
Collect patient samples and monitor vital signs such as pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures.
Assist doctors in diagnosis and treatment by providing focused support.
Perform assessments, collect data, and document both subjective (e.g., chief complaints,
allergies) and objective data (e.g., vital signs, weight).
Evaluate the urgency and severity of medical issues and refer patients to appropriate clinicians or services as needed.
Manage patient flow and handle Point of Care Testing (POCT) devices for Non-
Communicable Disease (NCD) screening.
Work under the guidance of the Project Coordinator and Medical Officers, following instructions from the head office. Maintain electronic records of patient details and escalate any issues to the Project
Coordinator.
Support all project activities and goals, including assisting IT staff with troubleshooting technical issues related to healthcare services.
Authorities
Make timely, informed decisions to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Oversee and manage stock levels, equipment functionality, and patient data maintenance.
Qualifications / Certifications
Minimum qualification required –ANM/GNM
Basic computer proficiency.
Good communication and Interpersonal skills
Caring and compassionate nature
Should be proficient in Hindi and English and regional language preferably
Working conditions
Should be open to work in rotational shifts as per the project when required
Should be open to travel for executing the job responsibilities of conducting field training
Appropriate minimum professional standards in required skill/competency (Typing,
Communication...etc) in Tele-health perspective
Required rating out of score 10: 9
Technical / Physical requirements
Job location: Bangalore, Karnataka; Viluppuram, Tamil Nadu; Devas, Madhya Pradesh &
Panchmahal, Gujarat
Timings: 8 Hours/day
Workdays: 6 days/ week
Required Languages
Able to Speak, Read and Write in English and Regional Language.
