Opportunity for GoAnywhere Support Engineer

Contract | Immediate The end client is seeking an experienced Go Anywhere Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and support of our Go anywhere applications, ensuring zero downtime and optimal performance. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining a robust, high-performance logging and search infrastructure while working closely with customers to provide access to Go anywhere tools and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- User and service account management (creation, modification, disabling, password resets)
- Server login, project and resources repository setup and access management for internal and external partners
- Job monitoring, restart, and failure remediation
- Schedule, Monitors and Triggers creation, updates, and validation
- SSL certificate validity monitoring and renewal coordination
- Product license validation and activation (including clustered environments)
- Coordination with AD, Database, and Infrastructure teams for dependency, production issues
- File transfer validation (inbound/outbound)

- Support for post upgrade and post deployment validations
- Incident documentation, closure notes, and audit ready reporting
- SLA tracking and exception documentation when applicable
- Non production and production setting monitoring
- Knowledge transfer from AD, SOP updates, and process documentation
- Application monitoring and maintain high availability of application
- Daily health checking the servers are up and running fine and send report
- Checking the SCTASKs(full filling the requests), incidents and perform actions which is related to AMS.
- Monitoring the workflows and if there is any stuck job then will delete the stuck jobs after the health checking of GoAnywhere

- 3 years + experience in GoAnywhere Support.
- Available for 6 month contract
