Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GM – Sales & Marketing (Agri) to lead sales growth, team performance, dealer/distributor development, and market expansion for our agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop dealer, distributor and institutional networks.
- Drive farmer meetings, product demonstrations and field promotions.
- Identify recent markets and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
- Track sales, collections and territory performance.
- Present periodic business reports to Management / MD.
- 10 years of experience in Agri Sales & Marketing

Preferred Profile
- 10 years of experience in Agri Sales & Marketing
- Experience in Bio-Fertilizers / Fertilizers / Agrochemicals / Seeds / Agri Inputs preferred.
- Strong dealer/distributor network and team-handling experience.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Additional languages such as Hindi / Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
