We’re looking for a UGC Manager to build this into a scalable growth engine across global markets.

What you’ll do

- Own our UGC and creator content strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
- Identify, recruit and manage UGC creators, influencers and content partners across different markets.
- Build a strong pipeline of creators and continuously test current creators, formats, hooks and content angles.
- Write and communicate creative briefs, scripts, hooks and content guidelines that creators can execute naturally.
- Analyse content performance and identify what drives installs, engagement and purchases.
- Run rapid creative experiments and scale winning concepts.
- Work closely with the growth, product and marketing teams to turn product features and user insights into compelling content.
- Develop repeatable UGC formats, creator playbooks and content systems.
- Manage creator relationships, timelines, deliverables and payments.
- Track content performance and maintain dashboards/reports on key metrics.
- Stay on top of TikTok,



Instagram and emerging content trends, especially in international markets.
- Help build a global creator community

What we're looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in UGC, influencer marketing, social media, creator marketing or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of what makes short-form content hook, retain and convert.
- Experience working with creators and managing multiple content campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset. You should be comfortable looking at content data and deciding what to scale, what to kill and why.
- Excellent communication and project-management skills.
- Strong sense of internet culture, trends, memes and social-media storytelling.
- Ability to move fast and operate independently in a startup environment.
- Bonus if you have experience with TikTok Shop, performance UGC, DTC apps, mobile apps or international markets.
- Bonus if you have personally created content or understand the creator ecosystem from the inside
