This is a global role covering TwiningsOvo international businesses. The successful candidate can be based anywhere in India with occasional travel to Kolkata and International travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure that the ABF security policy is translated to and understood by all relevant BizTech employees and business leaders. Measure and report adherence to policy and highlight any risks for review and action.
- Build and maintain quality relationships across the IT functions of international businesses and the ABF IT Shared Service Centre, to facilitate project delivery, business change and compliance.
- Own the lifecycle of IT Security initiatives from inception and design through to completion and transition into business as usual. Track and demonstrate progress at all stages.
- Supporting the Biztech Director with Board level awareness and education around the Cybersecurity agenda
- Maintain a level of compliance appropriate to our organisational level of risk acceptance. Demonstrate to stakeholders that appropriate controls are in place and own/create actions plans to manage improvement or change where necessary.

- Maintain an audit based continuous improvement program to track and deliver security improvements across all businesses.
- Act as subject matter expert on matters of security relating to legal, regulatory and data risk compliance.
- Ensure the services and suppliers which Twinings use are challenged commercially to deliver the best cost/risk model.
- Where necessary ensure that processes are documented and communicated in language that is relevant and understandable to all audiences.




- Ensure all proposed technical solutions maintain TwO security and integrity of the infrastructure.
- Manage security incidents and breaches to ensure any impact is contained and relevant information obtained to facilitate analysis and improvement plans.
- Deliver to ABF initiatives as needed and be able to demonstrate and track progress to stakeholders.
- Manage projects to time, cost, and quality. Make use of the TwO project management methodology to ensure change and delivery is controlled as necessary.
- Maintain a quality security service to TwO customers, to help them ensure that the relevant security challenges, and the significance of data are considered as part of exploring and planning solutions, including those provided by third parties.
- Raise the profile of security within the organisation by being proactively involved with stakeholders and customers. Provide consultation and/or education as needed and drive the adoption of security as a value add / best practice.
- Ensure key documents that record permissions and exceptions are maintained for review for example third party connectivity.
- Facilitate any BizTech involvement in audit activities.
- Manage the risk of unavailability of services by ensuring that Disaster Recovery and Business continuity planning are considered as part of implementation and change, and that constant review and testing takes place to ensure solutions are effective and meet requirements.
- Any other duties relating to the remit of a role of this standing as required by the needs of the business.
- Maintain an awareness of security innovation and industry trends and strategies to ensure that Twinings stays relevant to emerging risks and opportunities.
- Visit remote sites as and when required within the context of the role.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Significant demonstrable experience in an Infrastructure or Security management role, demonstrating change control knowledge and the application of security controls relevant to organisational needs
- Degree level education,



ideally in an IT, Science or Business-related subject
- Security qualifications - CISSP, CISMP etc
- Awareness / experience with implementing security controls in a Manufacturing / Supply chain environment
- Understanding of the various compliance policies NIST
- Strong communication skills dealing particularly with International users, with the ability to influence others to achieve results.
- An enthusiastic and creative approach to security and improvement with a natural ability to influence and engage others to take responsibility, take action and get involved.
- Easily able to build, engage and reach out to a broad network of value-add contacts both internally to the business and outside the organisation.
- Culturally adept at communicating with other countries and sensitive to the cultural differences that must be respected and applied.
- Ability to defuse situations and resolve conflict to a win:win outcome
- Valued team player that encourages and openly shares knowledge, skill and experience effectively with other Inc. internal teams, across the wider international business units and third parties.
- Strong customer focus – ability to be the voice of the customer and put customer first.
- Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise workload/work streams effectively with an innate ability to plan ahead to ensure key deliverables are met to the agreed standard and key stakeholders remain well informed.
- Creatively prepares a clear plan and robust methodology to manage complex issues or change initiatives. Communicates with stakeholders to ensure involvement, engagement and understand.
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and in consultation with others.
- Thrives in an autonomous working workplace and can flex and adapts approach internationally.
- Receptive and open to the views of others and consider to all parties needs when agreeing ways of working.
- Able to engage, motivate and coach key business functions through the delivery of change and security management initiatives.
- Analyses and assimilates strategy and information from various sources and applies/integrates thinking to the work and projects within the remit of the role.
