Position: Global Accounts Executive – Accounts Receivable (AR)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented global accounts executive with 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable (AR), handling international customers. The candidate should have strong knowledge of customer invoicing, collections, payment reconciliation, and AR reporting while ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounts receivable (AR) for international customers.
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately.
- Follow up with global customers for outstanding payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Monitor aging reports and reduce overdue receivables.
- Process credit notes, debit notes, and customer adjustments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams for billing issues.
- Prepare AR reports, collection reports, and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Experience handling international customers.




- Customer invoicing and payment reconciliation.
- Collection follow-up and aging analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience handling customers from Europe, the Middle East, or other regions.
- Knowledge of international payment methods such as SWIFT, wire transfer, ACH, SEPA, etc., and customer payment portals.
- Exposure to multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange adjustments.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international commercial documentation is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com.), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- M.Com / MBA (Finance), CA .

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
