Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced GIS Utility Network Migration (UNM) Developer to support large-scale utility network transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Esri Utility Network, ArcGIS Enterprise, geodatabase migration, data modeling, and GIS development. This role involves designing, developing, and executing migration strategies from legacy GIS platforms to the Esri Utility Network model while ensuring data integrity, system performance, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute Utility Network migration activities from legacy GIS systems.
- Develop and optimize migration scripts, ETL workflows, and data transformation processes.
- Configure and support ArcGIS Utility Network implementations.
- Perform data assessment, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Develop automation solutions using Python and ArcPy.
- Collaborate with GIS Architects, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to ensure successful migration delivery.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize performance.




- Support deployment activities within ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
- Ensure adherence to GIS standards, best practices, and data governance policies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
