Role Description The German Tutor will deliver high-quality, in-person German language instruction to learners preparing for overseas opportunities, focusing on practical communication, workplace readiness, and cultural understanding. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting structured lessons, developing learning materials aligned with different proficiency levels, and assessing learner progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.

The tutor will collaborate with internal teams to align language training with employer requirements and compliance standards, and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring active engagement with learners in classroom and small-group settings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong German language proficiency (preferably B2/C1 or higher) and excellent command of English for instruction and communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management tailored to adult and vocational learners.
- Candidates should possess experience in assessing language levels, providing constructive feedback, and using varied teaching methods to support different learning styles.
- Candidates should possess intercultural communication skills and the ability to prepare learners for skilled and cultural contexts in German-speaking countries.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Formal qualification in German language teaching (e.g., Goethe Institute certification, university degree in German Studies, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience as a language tutor or trainer, especially with vocational or migration-focused programs, is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., presentation software, online learning platforms) and a learner-centric, inclusive teaching approach is preferred.
