Vanthra Vilas, a luxury wildlife retreat in Jawai, is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our resort operations and create exceptional, personalised guest experiences.

What we're looking for:

• 5–7 years of experience in luxury/boutique wildlife resort or lodge operations

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B; and guest relations

• Knowledge of budgeting, stores and vendor coordination

• Ability to lead and coordinate the entire team

• Solid focus on luxury service standards

• Knowledge of Jawai, wildlife and Rajasthan hospitality preferred

• Immediate joining preferred
