- Develop new business, key accounts, and project pipeline

- Expand presence in EPC, industrial, and utility segments

- Achieve annual turnover growth as per company targets

- Strengthen dealer, consultant, and contractor network

- Lead and mentor sales team for performance improvement

- Coordinate with technical and project teams for execution

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB:

- Bachelor' degree in electrical engineering (B.E./B.Tech Electrical). MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred

- 15+ years of relevant experience (Worked in organisation of 100+ cr)

- Strong knowledge of LT/HT switchboards & switchgear industry

- Proven track record in revenue growth & large order acquisition

- Strategic sales planning and business expansion capability

- Robust client relationship and negotiation skills
