nWe are looking for a GM – Production to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a luxury jewellery manufacturing business.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead production planning and end-to-end plant operations.
n
- Drive productivity, profitability, quality and on-time delivery.
n
- Manage manpower, inventory, procurement and production costs.
n
- Drive loss control and operational efficiency.
n
- Ensure adherence to client-specific quality standards.
n
- Handle technical challenges, labour/IR and large production teams.
n
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
n

nIdeal Candidate

n




- 18+ years of experience in jewellery manufacturing / luxury fabrication.
n
- Solid knowledge of jewellery manufacturing, diamonds and jewellery products.
n
- Technical background with strong plant operations experience.
n
- Proven expertise in manpower management, labour/IR and team leadership.
n
- Strong commercial and operational understanding.
n
