With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and projects executed across India, we are committed to delivering excellence through innovation, operational efficiency, quality, and an uncompromising focus on safety. /n As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Safety Head to lead and strengthen our Health, Safety & Setting (HSE) function across manufacturing plants and project sites. /n Position Details /n Position: Corporate Safety Head /n Department: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) /n Reporting To: Executive Director & CEO /n Location: Noida (Corporate Office) /n Travel: Extensive travel to manufacturing plants and project sites across India /n Role Overview /n The Corporate Safety Head will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's HSE strategy across manufacturing facilities, construction sites, warehouses, and corporate offices. The role will drive a strong safety culture, ensure statutory compliance, implement industry best practices, and establish robust systems that promote operational excellence and sustainable business growth. /n This position requires a seasoned HSE professional with extensive experience in both manufacturing and EPC/construction environments. /n Key Responsibilities /n HSE Strategy & Leadership /n /n

- Develop and implement the corporate HSE strategy, policies, standards, and annual roadmap.

/n

- Foster a proactive safety culture across all manufacturing plants and project sites.

/n

- Establish HSE objectives, KPIs, and governance frameworks to monitor organizational performance.

/n

- Partner with business leaders to integrate safety into operational and strategic decision-making.

/n /n Manufacturing Plant Safety /n /n

- Drive safe operations across fabrication, welding, cutting, painting, material handling, assembly, and dispatch activities.

/n

- Ensure effective risk assessment and hazard mitigation for heavy equipment, cranes, forklifts, electrical systems,



pressure vessels, and hazardous materials.

/n

- Lead safety inspections, internal audits, emergency preparedness programs, and fire safety initiatives.

/n /n Construction & Project Site Safety /n /n

- Develop and monitor project-specific HSE plans for erection and construction activities.

/n

- Ensure compliance with secure work practices related to work at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, confined spaces, excavation, electrical work, and hot work.

/n

- Strengthen contractor safety management through regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews.

/n

- Drive effective implementation of Permit-to-Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and risk management processes.

/n /n Compliance & Risk Management /n /n

- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.

/n

- Maintain statutory documentation, permits, licenses, and audit readiness across all locations.

/n

- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and certification agencies.

/n /n Incident Prevention & Continuous Improvement /n /n

- Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

/n

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

/n

- Monitor safety performance, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

/n /n Training & Safety Culture /n /n

- Design and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and business partners.

/n

- Promote Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) and safety awareness campaigns.

/n

- Conduct induction programs, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and leadership engagement initiatives.

/n

- Develop and mentor HSE teams across manufacturing plants and project sites.

/n /n Reporting & Governance /n /n

- Present HSE performance reports, dashboards,



and key metrics to senior leadership.

/n

- Drive accountability through regular management reviews and compliance monitoring.

/n

- Standardize HSE processes and best practices across all business locations.

/n /n Qualifications /n /n

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline).

/n

- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS/PDIS) is mandatory.

/n

- Certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) will be an added advantage.

/n /n Experience /n /n

- 18–25 years of progressive experience in Health, Safety & Environment.

/n

- Minimum 5 years in a corporate leadership role managing HSE across multiple manufacturing plants and construction/project sites.

/n

- Experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), structural steel, EPC, heavy engineering, industrial construction, steel fabrication, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
