Role Description The General Manager (Finance and Accounts) will oversee the financial management and accounting functions for redevelopment and real estate projects in Pune. This full-time, on-site role includes leading the preparation and review of financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring accurate project costing and revenue recognition.

The role involves maintaining robust internal controls, supervising accounting operations, managing cash flow, and coordinating with auditors, banks, and external advisors.

The General

Manager will support strategic decision-making with financial analysis, monitor compliance with relevant regulations,



and provide regular financial reports to senior leadership. The position requires close collaboration with project, legal, and business development teams to align financial planning with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for real estate projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Accounting and Financial Statements expertise, including finalization, consolidation, and reporting per applicable standards.
- Candidates should possess experience in Internal Controls and compliance, including risk management, process optimization, and audit coordination.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant financial and accounting software, and advanced skills in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience leading finance teams in real estate or construction.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Pune and manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
