Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Business Development & Operations to lead business development, client acquisition, sales team management, and operational coordination for our Application My SAC.

Organised meeting & presentation with various Association for multiple clients acquisition and business Networking. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales and revenue targets, managing team performance, maintaining effective reporting systems, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational execution.

Key Responsibilities * Lead business development and client acquisition activities for Application My SAC.

- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales/business development team to improve productivity and achieve assigned targets.

Monitor individual and team performance and take necessary actions for performance improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Identify recent business opportunities through market research, networking, lead generation, and client interactions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and regular follow-ups to drive business conversions.

Coordinate with internal departments and employees to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and operational activities.





Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, client follow-ups, and operational progress.

- Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales records, performance reports, and management updates.

Analyze business and sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Ensure team activities are aligned with the company's business objectives, sales targets, and growth plans.

- Support management in developing and implementing strategies for business expansion and operational improvement.

Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and ensure professional communication with clients and team members.

Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, business development, client status, team productivity, and operational activities.
