Position: General Manager

Location: Calicut Town

Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹90,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Qualification: Degree / Hotel Management

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee the overall operations and management of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise day-to-day restaurant and hospitality operations.
- Lead and motivate staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor sales, revenue, costs, and overall business performance.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle staff management, scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and service standards.




- Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Prepare operational reports and update management on business performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Restaurant/Hotel field experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in hospitality operations and team management.
- Degree / Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and business management.
- Candidates with robust leadership and operational experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
