nPurpose of the Role:

n

n
- C.A., B.COM. / M.COM./ICWA with 8-15 years of experience with expert understanding of Record-to-Report operations and capability to lead Record-to-Report service delivery activities
n
- Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned Record-to-Report processes
n
- Support Record-to-Report service delivery by ensuring compliance with operational procedures and effectively leading team execution
n

nKey Functional Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead Finance and Accounting client and handle R2R - Focus on Reporting, General Ledger Entries, Intercompany, Reconciliation Fixed assets and Cash and Bank management etc
n
- Manage client engagements / contracts across geographies - Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting
n
- SLA adherence
n




- Build and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making
n
- Run career development activities for team members including performance management, feedback and training
n
- Drive transformation projects
n
- Responsible to drive productivity and efficiency per contractual requirement
n
- Lead operational and governance calls with client and Wipro leadership as required
n
- Build backup and cross training plans and ensure they are implemented and revisited regularly
n

- Solid F&A; knowledge

- Strong Overall knowledge of RTR,

- Strong knowledge of Upstream and downstream RTR

- Strong knowledge of RTR Improvement and transformation projects

- SAP S/4 Hana ERP exposure & good excel knowledge

- People management experience
n
- Client stakeholder management skill
n
- Exposure and experience in one or multiple RTR tools
