Position Title: GenAI Product Manager

Experience Level - 4-8 years

Work mode - Hybrid

Notice Period: Open

Location Hybrid

Budget: 35-40 L PA

Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM

Mandatory Candidate Criteria

- Candidate should have started their career as a Quantitative Analyst/Researcher or Data Scientist and subsequently transitioned into a Product Manager role.
- Strong academic credentials are essential, with preference for candidates from IITs/IIMs or other reputed institutes .
- Candidate must have at least one stable tenure of 2+ years with a reputed organization. Overall career should demonstrate good stability.




- Candidates should have relevant experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, Banking, Financial Services, or large financial organizations .
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI product development is required.
- Should have experience managing the complete product lifecycle , including ideation, roadmap, prioritization, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, engineering teams, research/science teams, and business stakeholders is important.
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS and contemporary AI tools is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and adaptability are essential.
