Role Description The Gen AI Intern role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the design, experimentation, and optimization of generative AI solutions across the company’s education and career products. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching emerging Gen AI tools and frameworks, building and testing prompts and workflows, and assisting in the development of AI-powered learning experiences and content generation pipelines.

The intern will collaborate with product, content, and technology teams to prototype use cases such as automated content creation, personalized learning paths, and chat-based guidance for learners and professionals.



Additional tasks may include evaluating model performance, documenting experiments and best practices, and contributing to internal knowledge bases and demos that showcase Gen AI capabilities for education and digital transformation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in programming and data skills (e.g., Python, basic SQL, working with APIs) and familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
- Hands-on exposure to Gen AI tools and platforms (e.g., large language models, prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, model evaluation techniques).
- Ability to research and synthesize information from technical papers, documentation, and tutorials, and translate insights into practical experiments or prototypes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documenting workflows, drafting AI-generated content, and presenting findings to cross-functional teams.
- Team-oriented mindset, ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage tasks with minimal supervision, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced EdTech setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in education technology, digital careers, and user-centric product development; prior experience with e-learning platforms or educational content is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, version control (e.g., Git), and basic software engineering practices is advantageous.
