We are looking for two GenAI Engineers who enjoy building, experimenting and solving real business problems.
We are not particular about which programming language you use or whether you wrote every line of code manually. Vibe coding, prompt coding and AI-assisted development are absolutely fine. What matters is that you understand what you have built, can explain how it works and can confidently walk us through any part of the program.
We would much rather see your work than read a perfectly formatted resume.
What we are looking for
You should be someone who likes to solve a problem on paper before opening an AI coding tool. AI should make you faster, but the thinking and decision-making must still come from you.
You should understand the difference between:
- A process that needs straightforward automation
- A task that benefits from an AI-powered application
- A problem that genuinely requires an AI agent
You should also be comfortable with workflow builders and understand practical best practices such as branching, retries, error handling, logging, human approval steps, tool permissions and fallback paths.
We expect an intermediate-level understanding of concepts such as:
- Vector databases and vector storage
- Embeddings and similarity search
- Chunking strategies
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or RAG
- Horizontal and vertical scaling or distribution
- Linear algorithms and basic algorithmic thinking
- Context management, evaluation and hallucination control
- Tool calling and multi-step agent workflows
You do not need to know every term academically. However, you should be able to explain where these concepts are useful, what trade-offs they involve and how you have applied them while building something.
Your hands-on experience
You should have worked with at least one popular workflow builder or AI development ecosystem.
This could include tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Code, Codex, Google’s AI suite or a similar platform.
The exact tool is less key than your ability to use it well. We are interested in how you structure a solution, connect systems, manage data, test outputs and decide when human intervention is required.
What will give you an advantage
Experience with a GTM-focused company or project will be valuable.
It will help if you understand some of the following:
- Basic CRM operations
- Lead lifecycle and handoffs
- B2B customer and product lifecycles
- Sales, marketing and customer success processes
- Multi-tool orchestration
- Connecting AI workflows with CRM and business systems
This is an advantage, not a mandatory requirement. Strong builders who are curious about business processes are equally welcome.
What should you send us?
Send us something you have built.
It could be a live application, GitHub repository, workflow, agent, automation, demo video, case study or even a scrappy prototype that solved a real problem.
Tell us briefly
- What problem you were solving
- How you approached it
- What tools you used
- Which parts you built yourself
- Where AI helped you
- What you would improve if you built it again
We are not big fans of judging people only through resumes. Your work, your thinking and your ability to explain your decisions will matter much more.
Hiring process
We intend to complete the entire process within one week, from initial screening to final selection and onboarding.
If you enjoy building with AI, can think through a problem before reaching for a tool and are comfortable taking ownership of what you create, we would like to see your work.
