Job Title: Senior Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Generative AI and Agentic AI professionals with 5-14 years of overall IT experience to architect, design, and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-based AI services to build intelligent, autonomous, and scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build AI-powered assistants, copilots, chatbots, and autonomous agent workflows.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Create multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, task execution, and orchestration.
- Integrate LLMs with internal applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and AI response evaluation techniques.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and solution architectures.
- Ensure AI security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI application performance and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices and innovation initiatives.

Required Technical Skills Generative AI & LLMs

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, or AI application development.
- Experience building production-grade AI applications and integrating them into enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and software design principles.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Experience with AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or enterprise AI platforms.
- Relevant certifications in Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning, Generative AI, or related technologies.
