We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented

Generation (RAG), and modern GenAI frameworks. The candidate will provide technical leadership, define

AI architecture, mentor engineering teams, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.

· Lead the design and implementation of enterprise GenAI platforms and solutions.

· Expertise in Vector database / RAG, Lang chain, Lang graph





· Define architecture for LLM-based applications, AI Agents, RAG systems, and multi-agent frameworks.

· Drive solution design using cloud AI services and open-source LLMs.

· Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI.

· Design scalable data pipelines for model training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads.

· Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases and transform them into production-

ready solutions.

· Mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and full-stack developers.

· Lead PoCs, innovation initiatives, and client discussions.

· Ensure successful deployment and monitoring of GenAI applications in production

· Candidate should have solid experience in Python-based application development, API design, cloud-native architectures, microservices, databases, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery methodologies. · Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices. · Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and OAuth2. · Develop and integrate REST APIs with internal and external systems. · Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization · Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions will be an added advantage
