Tender Executive

Experienced Tender Executive responsible for managing the complete tendering process from tender identification and document preparation to submission and follow-up. Skilled in handling government and private tenders, preparing technical and commercial bids, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of tender documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search and identify relevant government and private tender opportunities through various portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, terms, and conditions.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, finance, technical, and management teams for required information and approvals.
- Prepare BOQ, quotations, comparative statements, EMD, tender fees, and other required documents.
- Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate,



and submitted within the prescribed deadline.
- Manage online tender submission through e-tendering portals.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, corrigendums, results, and tender-related correspondence.
- Monitor tender status and coordinate for queries, clarifications, negotiations, and post-tender requirements.
- Assist in preparing work orders, agreements, and other documentation after tender awards.
- Maintain proper documentation and databases for future reference and audits.
