Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Furniture Sales role based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as follow-ups and documentation.

The Furniture

Sales professional will guide customers through product selections, explain features and benefits, and recommend combinations of furniture, rugs, and artifacts that suit their needs and budget. Daily activities include welcoming customers, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with the delivery team. The role also involves maintaining showroom displays,



updating product knowledge, handling customer inquiries and after-sales support, and helping achieve individual and store sales targets.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and collaborate with team members.
- Experience in Retail Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet targets and close transactions ethically.
- Customer Service skills to provide a positive buying experience and handle concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of Furniture products, materials, and interior styles, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Basic computer skills for billing, inventory checks, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Prior experience in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, design, or related fields is a plus.
