ABOUT PROCURE HOSPITALITY

Procure Hospitality is a contract manufacturing partner for the US hotel industry. We work directly with factories, control quality from the beginning, and manage projects from design and shop drawings through manufacturing and delivery.

With 300+ completed hotel projects across brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Best Western, and Choice Hotels, we work with a global manufacturing network and manage every stage of hotel furniture projects.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an AutoCAD / Hotel Furniture Layout Designer to support our US hotel projects on a project-wise payment basis.

Your primary responsibility will be to review hotel room layouts and architectural drawings, identify furniture requirements, understand furniture placement and dimensions, and prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings and layouts.

The role requires strong AutoCAD skills, the ability to read architectural drawings, and a good understanding of room layouts, dimensions, furniture placement, and spatial planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review hotel room layouts, architectural drawings, and floor plans.
- Identify furniture requirements from project drawings.
- Understand room dimensions, furniture placement, clearances, and circulation.
- Prepare accurate AutoCAD 2D drawings and furniture layouts.
- Create plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings as required.
- Extract furniture dimensions and quantities from project drawings.
- Coordinate furniture layouts with architectural drawings and room dimensions.
- Check drawings for dimensions, alignment, spacing, and accuracy.
- Identify drawing discrepancies or missing information.
- Prepare drawings and details for design, estimation, and manufacturing purposes.
- Maintain organized CAD files and project documentation.
- Make revisions based on project feedback.




- Complete assigned project work within the agreed timeline.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON You will primarily work on US hotel projects, reviewing hotel room layouts and identifying furniture requirements based on architectural drawings and project specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have

- 1–3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting/design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and floor plans.
- Ability to understand hotel room layouts and furniture placement.
- Good understanding of dimensions, scale, clearances, and spatial planning.
- Robust attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
- Ability to prepare clean and organized CAD drawings.
- Good understanding of furniture and interior layouts.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Good to Have
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture Design, or related field.
- Experience working on hotel, hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.
- Experience working with furniture or FF&E; projects.
- Experience preparing furniture shop drawings.
- Knowledge of FF&E.;




- Experience working on US-based projects or international clients.
- Knowledge of SketchUp or Rhino.
- Understanding of furniture manufacturing and materials.

PROJECT-WISE PAYMENT This is a project-wise paid role.

- Payment will be agreed per project based on the scope and drawing requirements.
- Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment will be discussed before starting each project.
- Payment will be released upon completion and approval of the agreed project deliverables.
- Additional revisions or scope changes may be discussed separately depending on the project requirements.

You should be able to identify missing dimensions, incorrect placement, spacing issues, and drawing inconsistencies.

You should understand how the furniture will actually fit and function within the room layout.

You are responsible for your assigned project, drawings, revisions, and deadlines.

Reliability.

Project-wise work requires you to complete assigned drawings within the agreed timeline.

SELECTION PROCESS

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical AutoCAD test based on a hotel room layout.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
