Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 3-6 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should possess strong business process knowledge in Finance & Accounting, particularly in Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and related financial processes. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business users, implementing enhancements, configuring SAP FICO modules, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for SAP FICO processes across business units.
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Tax Configuration
- Work closely with finance teams to understand business requirements and provide SAP solutions.
- Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Handle day-to-day SAP support tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW developments, interfaces, reports, forms, and enhancements.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and documentation preparation.
- Support integration with MM, SD, Treasury, Banking, and other SAP modules.
- Assist in data migration, master data management, and system audits.
- Prepare functional specifications and business process documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, MBA (Finance)
- 3-6 years of relevant SAP FICO consulting experience.

Preferred Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
- Knowledge of interfaces, IDOCs, EDI, and banking integrations.
- Exposure to Accounts Payable and Electronic Bank Statement processes is an advantage.
