Role Description:
This is a full time remote role for a SAP Trainer at Henry Harvin India. The SAP Trainer will deliver virtual training sessions on SAP modules, with a focus on practical application and real-world business scenarios.
Responsibilities include preparing training materials, creating case studies and exercises, conducting live classes, and supporting learners through doubt-clearing sessions and assessments. The trainer will collaborate with curriculum and program teams to update course content, align training with current industry practices,
and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Additional tasks may include mentoring participants, contributing to learning resources such as webinars or tutorials, and participating in quality reviews of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP with hands-on implementation or support experience.
- Proven experience in training, facilitation, or teaching, preferably in SAP or enterprise software.
- Solid understanding of business processes and how they map to SAP functionalities.
- Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) or related SAP modules and integration points.
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning content.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, finance, engineering, or a related field; SAP certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills in a remote learning environment.
- Comfort with online training platforms, digital collaboration tools, and basic documentation/reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple batches or programs, and meet training delivery timelines.
