Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to build and own features across React/TypeScript frontend and Node.js backend. You will be responsible for taking features from design through production deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web application features.
- Own modules end-to-end, including implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions.
- Write unit and integration tests and participate in peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across services.
- Maintain technical documentation for owned systems.
- Make sound technical decisions and clearly communicate trade-offs.

Required Skills




- 3 to 5 years of experience developing production web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Node.js and REST API development.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and structured error handling.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation, indexing, and query performance.
- Good understanding of Git workflows and code review practices.
- Ability to understand, evaluate, and explain technical design decisions.

Preferred Skills
- NestJS
- AWS: ECS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch
- Redux or equivalent state management
- Tailwind CSS / shadcn/ui
- WebSocket / Socket.io and real-time systems
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
- Experience working with AI coding tools and critically reviewing AI-generated code.
