Position Description

Job Title: Lead Analyst

Position: Java Full Stack Lead

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Category: Software Development/ Engineering

Main location: India, Telangana, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full Time

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on experience in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Angular (preferred) or React. The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading development teams, designing scalable enterprise applications, and working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade Full Stack applications.

Develop and maintain backend services using Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

Build responsive frontend applications using Angular (preferred) or React.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews,



and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.

Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and high code quality through automated testing and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

8–12 years of software development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead role.

Strong hands-on experience in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Hibernate/JPA.

Expertise in Angular (preferred) or React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Strong experience with Oracle/SQL, Kafka or other messaging technologies, and API integration.

Should have exp on agentic coding tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code

Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Good understanding of design patterns, system design, and cloud-native application development.

Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain, preferably Payments.

Exposure to AWS/Azure, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and containerized deployments.

Experience with GraphQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, or NoSQL databases is an added advantage.





Knowledge of secure coding practices, performance tuning, and observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus) is preferred.
