We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of professional experience, preferably with a strong background in FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Lending, Payments, or Financial Services.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, REST APIs, MySQL, authentication, financial workflows, and third-party integrations.
The candidate should be able to:
- Independently develop production-ready APIs and web applications.
- Understand and implement complex financial business workflows.
- Optimize database queries and backend performance.
- Integrate and troubleshoot third-party financial APIs.
- Develop secure and scalable applications.
- Participate in system design and architecture decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
- Take ownership of features from requirement analysis through production deployment.
