Position: Full Stack Tech Lead (.NET + React)

Experience: 5–8 Years

:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using .NET Core and React.js .
- Architect and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and contemporary frontend applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Drive technical decisions, resolve complex issues, and support production deployments.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core Web API
- Expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with SQL Server , REST APIs, Entity Framework, Git
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
