Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Software Developer to lead the transformation of manual Excel-based processes into robust, scalable software solutions. The role involves designing and implementing applications, creating dashboards for daily employee and worker tracking, generating actionable business insights, and ensuring smooth integration with buyer-side servers and APIs. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with practical problem-solving skills to align solutions with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Systems Development

- Convert manual Excel data into structured software applications.
- Design efficient data structures for handling large-scale datasets.
- Manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

2. Application Development

- Build and maintain front-end (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (Java, Python, C#, Node.js) components.
- Develop scalable, modular applications tailored to business requirements.
- Implement ERP/CRM integrations and middleware tools for seamless data exchange.
- Create live interactive chatbot solutions for enhanced user engagement.

3. API & Cloud Integration

- Design and integrate secure RESTful APIs with buyer/cloud servers.




- Apply authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT) and secure API practices.
- Work with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Utilize serverless computing, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

4. Business Insights & Dashboards

- Create interactive dashboards for daily employee and worker performance tracking.
- Generate actionable business insights from operational data.
- Provide transparent reporting and visualization for management decision-making.

5. Quality Assurance

- Conduct thorough software testing to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance with company standards.

Candidate Profile

- Strong grasp of data structures (arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, hash maps, stacks, queues).
- Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and modern deployment practices.
- Understanding of ERP/CRM systems and API connectivity.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with international stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Pay: ₹502,088.52 - ₹723,836.88 per year
