We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on Ext JS experience to work on PurePortal, a heavily customized enterprise product for Canada Life.
The role is primarily front-end development using Ext JS, with occasional backend work involving ASP.NET MVC, NHibernate, Spring.NET, and SQL Server. The candidate should be comfortable working independently in a mature/legacy codebase and handling ongoing enhancements, bug fixes, and client change requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Ext JS.
- Analyze and implement bug fixes, enhancements, and change requests.
- Work on occasional backend changes using ASP.NET 4.5 / MVC.
- Work with NHibernate for ORM/data access.
- Work with Spring.NET-style dependency injection/configuration.
- Write and understand SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
- Consume existing REST APIs.
- Perform functional testing/QA of own changes before handoff.
- Analyze, triage, and estimate incoming tickets.
- Maintain existing code and follow established architecture and coding standards.
- Document changes and coordinate with Product/Professional Services teams.
- Identify recurring issues and technical debt proactively.

Note: This is a hands-on engineering/maintenance role and is not a Senior Architect-level position.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
