Experience: 5–8 years About the Role-

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Python and React to build and evolve reliable, secure, and scalable applications end-to-end.

In this role, you’ll work across our Python backend, PostgreSQL database, and React frontend, taking ownership of features from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement. You’ll be expected to make sound architectural decisions while remaining highly hands-on in the codebase.

This role is a great fit for an engineer who combines strong full-stack fundamentals with a pragmatic approach to AI-assisted software development.



You should be comfortable incorporating AI coding assistants and agentic development tools into your daily workflow while recognizing when complex, security-sensitive, or business-critical logic requires careful human design, implementation, and validation.

Because our platform processes sensitive healthcare and financial information, security, auditability, data integrity, and access control are fundamental to how we build software.

Key Requirements-

- 5–8 years of professional full-stack software development experience, with strong hands-on depth across both frontend and backend engineering.
- Strong production experience with Python, building robust APIs, backend services, business logic, and integrations.
- Strong expertise in React, with experience building maintainable, performant, and scalable frontend applications.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, transactions, and data integrity.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and event-driven or background processing patterns.
- Experience implementing database-level security, access controls, and disciplined database migration practices.
- Ability to review React and frontend implementations not only for code quality and architecture, but also for potential data-exposure and security risks.




- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding and agentic development tools as part of your everyday engineering workflow.
- Strong judgment around AI-generated code — knowing when it can accelerate development and when critical logic requires deeper human review, testing, and validation.
- Experience working with sensitive, regulated, or confidential data, ideally in environments involving HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS, or similar compliance standards.
- A robust engineering mindset around security, auditability, access controls, data privacy, data integrity, and deterministic system behavior.
- Ability to work effectively as a senior individual contributor, providing technical leadership through execution and judgment without needing to be the most senior person in the room.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance engineering quality, product requirements, delivery timelines, and long-term maintainability.
- Past work experience in over-lapping shifts.

Nice to Have-

- Experience in healthcare technology or fintech.
- Experience building systems where software-generated recommendations or decisions can have a meaningful impact on healthcare costs or financial outcomes.
- Familiarity with designing systems for highly regulated or security-sensitive environments.
- Experience establishing or improving engineering practices around AI-assisted development, code review, testing, and developer productivity.
