Position: Full stack Engineer

Location: Bangalore/Pune

Type: Conract

Work Mode: Hybrid

Required Skills:

- 10-13 years of full-stack software engineering experience.

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin or other JVM languages and Spring Boot/Ktor.

- Experience building contemporary web applications using React, TypeScript, and Jest.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka and Kafka Streams.

- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent tools.

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools for feature development, code reviews, test generation, refactoring, debugging, and technical documentation.

- Ability to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.

- Proficient in software design and architectural concepts for building scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.





- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to quickly become productive in unfamiliar frameworks and technologies using AI-assisted engineering approaches.

- Experience mentoring teams on responsible and effective use of AI coding assistants.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and product-driven environments.

- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, SAST tools, and secure coding standards.

- Experience with deployment strategies, observability, and production support.

- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, and network troubleshooting.

- Experience working with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

- Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, and reliability engineering principles.
