About The Job:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js.

- The ideal candidate should be an excellent individual contributor, capable of independently designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.

- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Candidate Profile

- 5 to 8 years of overall software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js.

- Proven experience in building enterprise-grade applications.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.





- Ability to work as a strong individual contributor with minimal supervision.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud-native application development.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of performance optimization and application security best practices.

- Exposure to AI-enabled applications or modern web frameworks is a plus.
