Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Team Lead)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) to lead a development team and deliver high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across frontend and backend development, enjoys mentoring team members, and can manage projects from architecture through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers; allocate tasks and track delivery.
- Design scalable application architecture and technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, quality, and security practices.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Work closely with designers, stakeholders, and project managers to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
- Manage source control, branching, release processes, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and reliability.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth development-to-production releases.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of full stack web-development experience, including team coordination or leadership exposure.
- Solid knowledge of React.js or Angular.




- Solid backend development experience with Node.js.
- Experience with PHP and WordPress development, including custom themes/plugins.
- Proficiency in API development and integration.
- Good understanding of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and version-control workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and deployment environments.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and web security basics.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing.
- Exposure to performance optimization and application monitoring tools.
