Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with at least three years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Node.js, Next.js, HTML, SQL, AWS, and DevOps practices, with a strong understanding of frontend and backend development.

The candidate should also be comfortable with AI-assisted software development, using modern AI coding tools to accelerate solution design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code optimization—while maintaining strong engineering, security, and code-review standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
- Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications using Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and manage relational databases, queries, schemas, and data integrations using SQL.
- Deploy and manage applications and services on AWS.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively for coding, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and developer productivity.
- Review and validate AI-generated code for accuracy, security, performance, maintainability, and compliance with development standards.
- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, logging, and error handling.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and effort estimation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Follow software development, DevOps, security, and version-control best practices.

Required Skills
- Minimum three years of relevant full-stack development experience.




- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and modern frontend development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Working experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudWatch, IAM, or Route 53.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and environment management.
- Experience with Docker and Linux-based environments.
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants or generative AI tools as part of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to independently assess, test, improve, and securely implement AI-generated code.
- Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and debugging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with React.js and state-management libraries.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Redis, queues, caching, or asynchronous processing.
- Knowledge of microservices and cloud-native architecture.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs or developing AI-enabled application features.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Candidates with equivalent practical experience may also apply.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
