As a Frontend Engineer at Radar360, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will lead the development of recent user-facing features using React.js and TypeScript, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features, while implementing robust testing strategies to ensure reliability and performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-agency environment, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and takes ownership from concept to delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make product decisions that have a direct impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of new user-facing features using React.js and TypeScript.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainable code quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Implement robust testing strategies to ensure application reliability and performance.

- Demonstrate high attention to detail in both design implementation and code quality.





- Proactively identify and drive improvements, going beyond the obvious solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 0–5 years of experience in frontend development.

- Advanced experience with React.js, building high-performing, scalable, and responsive web applications.

- Proficiency in TypeScript, ensuring robust and type-safe code.

- A track record of leading or significantly contributing to high-impact frontend projects.

- Experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced, technically challenging environment.

- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, including version control, CI/CD, containers, and automated testing frameworks.

- Experience with component libraries like Chakra UI, Tailwind/Radix UI, or PrimeReact.

- Regular use of AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar in development workflows.

Desired Skills

- Strong eye for design and UX, with the ability to translate complex design systems into efficient, high-quality code.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a relentless commitment to delivering quality.

- Prior experience in the financial sector (banking, accounting, auditing, or tax).

- Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player, communicate effectively, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
