We are seeking a presentable, articulate, and customer-focused Front Desk executive to join our Dibrugarh showroom. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our brand, engaging walk-in guests with confidence, offering exceptional product guidance, and delivering a luxury retail experience.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (energetic freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in spoken English, Assamese, and Hindi to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
- Physical Standards & Grooming: Minimum height requirement of 5 feet 6 inches with a well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance.
- Communication & Attitude: Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, polite, and customer-centric approach.
- Local Preference: Dibrugarh locals are preferred for seamless commute and familiar regional awareness.
- Customer Focus: Robust ability to actively listen, identify customer requirements, and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities:





- Customer Engagement: Warmly greet walk-in customers, assess their needs, and provide a seamless, premium shopping experience.
- Product Assistance: Present jewellery collections knowledgeably, detail specifications, and assist customers through the purchase process.
- Showroom Operations: Maintain luxury showroom decorum, ensure pristine product displays, and adhere to service protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with showroom staff and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
