Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as Dice, ATS, C2C, VMS, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences for each role.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using tools like Dice, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), C2C (Contingent Workforce Management System) & VMS (Vendor Management System).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
