- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.

- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.

- Introduce and explain the company’s IT/software services to clients.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

- Schedule meetings with potential clients.

- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations.

- Handle basic client queries and coordinate with the technical team.

- Maintain records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and meetings.

- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Interest in IT Sales and Business Development.

- Willingness to learn about IT/software services.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, LinkedIn, and email communication.

- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
