As a Freelance HR Recruiter, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across IT & Non-IT domains, connect the right talent with the right opportunities and build your earnings through performance.

JOB DETAILS

- Position: Freelance HR Recruiter
- Work Model: Remote / WFH
- Work Type: Freelance / Commission-Based
- Experience: 2–10 Years
- Qualification: +2 / Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s
- Working Hours: Completely Flexible
- Location Preference: Chandigarh, Tricity, Kharar, Zirakpur, Punjab, Himachal, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Indore,
- Equipment: Own Laptop + Reliable Wi-Fi
- Earnings: Commission on Every Successful Closure + Incentives

NOTE: Freelancing can be pursued alongside a full-time job

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across IT & Non-IT positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, social media, networking & referrals.
- Create, optimize and publish engaging Job Descriptions & Job Advertisements.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience and role fit.
- Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain seamless candidate-client communication.
- Conduct reference checks and support credential verification where required.
- Build and maintain a strong, future-ready talent pipeline.




- Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment trackers and follow-ups.
- Work closely with management/internal teams to drive quality closures.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT Recruitment
- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing & networking capabilities
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed & Naukri
- Confident screening & interviewing skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong data management & organizational skills
- Excellent time management and follow-up discipline
- Independent, curious & solution-oriented mindset
- Most importantly: a closure-driven attitude
