Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 15+ years of experience in Air Freight Operations and Commercial Management within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The candidate should have solid expertise in end-to-end Air Freight Operations, Pricing, Commercial Management, Vendor Relations, Customer Service, and Client Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Air Freight Operations, ensuring smooth and timely shipment execution.
- Handle Air Freight Pricing, rate procurement, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, vendors, and internal teams for competitive rates and service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee commercial activities including freight costs, surcharges, margins, and profitability.
- Coordinate with customers and clients to understand requirements and provide effective logistics solutions.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, shipment updates, and service-related issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.




- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, airline rates, capacity, and changes in Air Freight pricing.
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely shipment processing, and adherence to operational and commercial standards.
- Manage multiple shipments, pricing requirements, and client deliverables within defined timelines.

Key Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or related operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in End-to-End Air Freight Operations.
- Proven expertise in Air Freight Pricing and Commercial Management.
- Strong experience in Vendor Management and Airline/Agent Coordination.
- Excellent Customer Service and Client Management skills.
- Strong knowledge of international Air Freight processes, rates, surcharges, and documentation.
- Experience in commercial negotiations, cost management, and maintaining healthy margins.
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage key clients, vendors, and multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
