The Role We’re looking for a Reel Maker / Content Creator who can handle the complete process of creating short-form video content — from showing up at a client site and capturing the right shots to editing the final reel.
What You’ll Do
- ? Visit client sites and shoot Reels, videos, behind-the-scenes content, and brand stories
- ? Plan shots, camera angles, transitions, and visual storytelling
- ✂️ Edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media
- ? Add music, captions, transitions, effects, and motion graphics where required
- ? Come up with creative reel concepts, hooks, and content ideas
- ? Stay updated with current Instagram and short-form video trends
- ? Work directly with the team and clients to understand content requirements
- ? Own the complete workflow: Concept → Shoot → Edit → Final Reel
- Deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines
- What We’re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely enjoys creating videos and telling stories
- Good understanding of short-form content and what makes a reel engaging
- Comfortable shooting at different client locations
- Solid video editing skills
- Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, VN, or similar tools
- Good eye for framing, lighting, composition, and pacing
- Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new ideas
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Freshers are welcome if you have a strong portfolio and can show us what you can create.

- Experience with cameras, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment
- Motion graphics / basic animation skills
- Photography skills
- Understanding of Instagram trends, hooks, retention, and storytelling
