Freelance Video Editor (Remote) — Product & Tutorial Videos
We're a SaaS company hiring a freelance video editor to turn our product and documentation into explicit, watchable videos. Full details on the product and the team shared once we're in touch.
What you'll work on
- Short product videos — feature walkthroughs, launch clips, social cuts
- Tutorial videos built from our help-docs articles (screen recordings + voiceover + on-screen callouts)
- Occasional promo edits for ads and landing pages
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of editing experience, ideally with SaaS, software or app content
- Comfortable with Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci or equivalent
- Solid with screen-recording edits: zooms, highlights, cursor emphasis, clean pacing
- Good instincts for motion graphics,
captions and thumbnails
- Can work from a written doc or script with minimal back-and-forth
- Reliable communication and turnaround — this is ongoing work, not a one-off
Nice to have
- You've edited software tutorials or YouTube how-to content before
- Basic audio cleanup and voiceover mixing
