Job Title: Freelance Talent Acquisition (TA) & Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for Freelance Talent Acquisition (TA) & Business Development professionals to work with us on a contractual, performance-based model.

The freelancer will be responsible for candidate sourcing, recruitment closures, client acquisition, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Ensure successful closure of assigned positions.

Key Responsibilities Business Development

- Identify and generate new corporate clients with hiring requirements.
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, and Business Heads.
- Generate recruitment and staffing leads through LinkedIn, networking,



email, references, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate recruitment assignments.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Develop repeat business opportunities.

Commercial / Payment Structure Recruitment Fee: 10% of the selected candidate's Annual CTC.

The freelancer will receive 10% of the candidate's Annual CTC for each successful placement, subject to the agreed terms and conditions.

Example:

Candidate Annual CTC = 6,00,000

Recruitment Fee = 10% = 60,000

Candidate Requirements

- 2-8 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, HR Consultancy, or Business Development.
- Experience in recruitment/client acquisition will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the complete recruitment cycle.
- Existing client/corporate connections will be an added advantage.
