We are looking for an experienced SCM Electrical Engineer – Switch Design & Release to support steering column switches, steering-wheel controls, clock spring systems, and electronic module integration for automotive applications.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and release SCM, steering switches, clock spring, and steering-wheel controls .
- Work with CAN, LIN, and Flex Ray communication protocols.
- Coordinate with embedded software teams on signals, messages, diagnostics, and ECU interfaces.
- Troubleshoot electrical, communication, and software integration issues.
- Collaborate with Tier 1 suppliers from design through production launch.
- Support DFMEA, DVP&R;, APQP, PPAP, validation, and vehicle integration activities.
- Review schematics, wiring, network architecture,



and engineering changes.
- Support prototype builds, manufacturing launch, and production issue resolution.

? Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of automotive electrical/electronics experience .
- Hands-on experience with Switches, SCM, steering controls, or body electronics .
- Strong knowledge of CAN, LIN, and Flex Ray .
- Experience with ECU integration and embedded software interfaces .
- Experience managing/coordinating with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs .
- Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R;, APQP, PPAP, and ISO 26262 .
- Strong troubleshooting and vehicle integration experience.
