Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Freelance ForgeRock Platform Engineer to manage, support, automate, and maintain enterprise ForgeRock IAM environments across development, testing, and production.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, and IG platforms.
- Configure and support Authentication Journeys, OAuth/OIDC, SSO, MFA, SAML, LDAP, and Federation.
- Perform Linux administration, ForgeRock installation, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions.
- Automate deployments using Terraform, Ansible, Shell, Python, or Golang.
- Support Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Helm, and cloud environments.
- Implement monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk/ELK, CloudWatch/Azure Monitor.
- Provide L2/L3/L4 production support, RCA, incident management, and performance troubleshooting.
- Manage HA, DR, backup/restore, certificates, TLS/mTLS, keystores/truststores, and security hardening.
